How can we help?

Every object is made to order, layer by layer, with a 0.2-millimetre layering process. That is why each one is unique.

We print in matte PLA in 11 colours: Desert Tan, Latte Brown, Ash Gray, Nardo Gray, Charcoal, Dark Chocolate, Dark Brown, Dark Green, Apple Green, Mandarin Orange and the Desert Tan and Dark Brown combination. Each object usually comes in 6 or 7 of them: the available ones are on the product page. The available colours change from product to product and are listed on each product page. For projects and professionals we also consider custom colours.

Yes: write to us with quantities and timing, we reply within 1–2 working days.

We print and ship within 3–5 working days of the order. Delivery then takes 2–4 days in Italy and 4–6 days in the rest of the European Union, with a tracked courier: the details are on the Shipping and returns.

You have 14 days from delivery. Fill in the withdrawal form or write to info@duedecimi.com: we will send you the instructions. Return shipping is paid by you; personalised products (for example letters and writing) cannot be returned, unless faulty.

With a soft, dry cloth. Avoid solvents and direct heat sources. Indoor use only.
